What is On Ramp? On Ramp Class consists of One-on-One sessions over 2 weeks that focus on the fundamental movements used in our regular classes. We use this time to also take small “tests” to achieve your first level. This way you can see progress and reach your marks in a tangible goal.
Why do we require On Ramp? The movements and techniques you’ll perform, however, are sometimes complex and require a bit of learning. For your safety, each and every new member must complete On Ramp Classes prior to joining – giving you the confidence and knowledge you need to take on any workout.
