What is On Ramp?
On Ramp Class consists of One-on-One sessions over 2 weeks that focus on the core movements used in our regular classes. Each class will start with a warm-up, some mobility work, skill work to learn new movements, and then end with a workout using the movements learned that day.
Why do we require On Ramp? The movements and techniques you’ll perform, however, are sometimes complex and require a bit of learning. For your safety, each and every new member must complete On Ramp Classes prior to joining – giving you the confidence and knowledge you need to take on any workout.
(If you have previous experience and/or have taken a On Ramp Program or similar already, contact us to see if you are able to test out of On Ramp.)
