Mission: Summer FIT


A Better You In Just 90 Days!!

Our 90 Day “Mission: Summer FIT” program mixes high repetition training with cardiovascular conditioning circuits to target those stubborn areas of fat on the body. Our end goal is for you to feel that you have achieved a more aesthetically pleasing physique through weight loss and/or toning.

Classes will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays at 10:00 am or 5:00 pm, and Saturdays at 9:00am. All training sessions last 1 hour.
