Step 2: On Ramp
Nowhere else can you get such a workout in an hour than at Bear Flag. The movements and techniques you’ll perform, however, are sometimes complex and require a bit of learning. For your safety, each and every new member must complete On Ramp classes prior to joining – giving you the confidence and knowledge you need to take on any workout.
Step 3: Join The Community
Whether you are looking for a group or personal training, strength training, endurance training, nutrition coaching, sport-specific training, or a six-week challenge to help you take the first steps, we are here for you.
